How to request deletion
- Use the email address connected to your Softwaremir account.
- Tap the button below to open a pre-addressed deletion request.
- Include the app name and the email address or account identifier used in the app.
- We may ask for limited information to verify that you own the account before deletion.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents unless we specifically explain why verification is required.

What will be deleted
After verification, we will delete or de-identify the account information and associated server-side data that Softwaremir controls, such as profile identifiers, saved service records and account-linked analysis history where applicable.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial reporting or other legal obligations. Information stored only on your device must be removed by deleting it in the app, clearing app data or uninstalling the app.

- Softwaremir hesabınıza bağlı e-posta adresini kullanın.
- Hazır silme talebini açmak için aşağıdaki düğmeye dokunun.
- Uygulama adını ve uygulamada kullandığınız e-posta adresini veya hesap tanımlayıcısını yazın.
- Silme işleminden önce hesabın size ait olduğunu doğrulamak için sınırlı bilgi isteyebiliriz.
Doğrulamanın neden gerekli olduğunu özellikle açıklamadığımız sürece parola, ödeme kartı bilgisi veya kimlik belgesi göndermeyin.

Neler silinir?
Doğrulama sonrasında profil tanımlayıcıları, kayıtlı hizmet verileri ve uygun olduğu durumlarda hesaba bağlı analiz geçmişi gibi Softwaremir'in kontrolündeki hesap bilgilerini ve ilişkili sunucu verilerini siler veya kimliksiz hâle getiririz.
Neler saklanabilir?
Güvenlik, dolandırıcılığı önleme, uyuşmazlık çözümü, mali raporlama veya diğer yasal yükümlülükler için sınırlı kayıtlar saklanabilir. Yalnızca cihazınızda bulunan bilgiler; uygulama içinden silinerek, uygulama verileri temizlenerek veya uygulama kaldırılarak giderilmelidir.
